As the Owner and Senior Designer of Interior Reflections, Jennifer Rittler is dedicated to helping homeowners transform their spaces to be not only beautiful but also highly functional. She incorporates thoughtful design features that support the health and wellness of the home environment, creating spaces that feel balanced, welcoming, and restorative, with increased comfort and room for connection. Her first priority is to listen to and understand each client’s needs, lifestyle, and vision for their home, allowing her to develop a customized plan that maximizes every dollar invested, increasing the value of the home while delivering superior results.

With over 20 years of experience as a full-service interior designer, specializing in kitchens and baths, she has helped countless homeowners reimagine their living spaces. She focuses on thoughtful, personalized design that reflects each client’s taste, simplifies daily routines, and accentuates the rooms that are most important to everyday living. Whether updating an existing space or planning a newly added or enlarged space, her goal is always the same: to create interiors that truly reflect the people who live in them.

Before becoming an interior designer, she worked as a science teacher—a background that continues to shape her collaborative and educational approach to design. She enjoys guiding clients through the design process, helping them understand materials, layout options, and design solutions so they can make informed decisions about their homes with confidence. Her unique approach sets her apart from others, and helps you, her clients, become empowered participants in the process.

Her education as a degreed Interior Designer, combined with a Maryland Home Improvement Contractors license, gives Jennifer unique access to vendors, products, and tradesmen, allowing her to be your one-stop resource for all aspects of your project. After collaborating on a beautiful design, Jennifer will assist you in discovering the best and most functional materials for your space. But she does not stop there. Jennifer will also coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of the materials, taking the worry out of your hands, while ensuring that all the details come together to bring your space to life. Jennifer has a trusted team of independent contractors to pull from for your job, or she is happy to coordinate with a contractor of your own choosing. Either way, she will manage it all.

Junior Designer

Lisa Gibson is the Junior Designer at Interior Reflections and has been working with the company for over a year. She has immersed herself in all aspects of the business and worked on projects that include kitchens, bathrooms, the interior design of other living spaces and commercial office space; involving space planning, furnishings, accessories, wall finishes and window treatments.  

Although fairly new to Interior Reflections, Lisa is a rising talent with passion and natural aptitude for design that has been previously fostered in other positions. Lisa’s approach is rooted in partnership. Enjoying new opportunities through Interior Reflections while working with homeowners and clients to create living spaces that are well loved and functional has been a highlight.  She doesn’t just design rooms; she creates environments where people thrive.

Her clients appreciate her ability to actively listen to their desires and needs through collaborative tactics in order to bring their vision to life.  By combining her natural design instincts with rigorous research and budget management, she proves it is possible to curate a purposeful space that is also reflective of each individual person. Lisa provides a clear vision for each design option, enabling clients to make informed decisions and ensuring every project is executed with precision.
